Privacy

Simply Excessive collects only what is needed to answer you and, when a work is acquired, to complete the sale. No advertising, no profiling, no sale of data.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, country (optional) and message, together with the work you refer to. When you acquire a work: the details you enter at checkout, processed by Stripe; we receive your name, email address and shipping country to arrange delivery.

Why

To reply to enquiries (legitimate interest), to perform the sales contract, and to keep records we are legally required to keep (tax law).

Who else

Hosting by Vercel, database and file storage by Supabase (EU region), payments by Stripe, transactional email by Resend. Each acts as a processor under its own agreement. Payment card details never reach us.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no marketing cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used in the administrative area.

How long

Enquiries are kept as long as the conversation may continue, then removed. Sales records are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
